The Victorian Government is committed to providing high quality early years programs to give every child the best start in life.
The Government, through the Children’s Facilities Capital Program, has invested $60 million over four years to support local governments and other service providers to invest in early childhood infrastructure.
In December 2016 the Government announced the recipients of the Children’s Facilities Capital Program Major Grants for 2016-17. Recipients will share in more than $13.5 million in funding to build new facilities, integrate service delivery and upgrade existing facilities. This funding will respond to growing demand for places, raise the quality of learning environments and improve access to services for children from vulnerable and/or disadvantaged families.
The aim of this project is to increase the capacity to 33, by adding another panel into the modular construction.
