About the project

We partnered with Cardinia Shire Council to build an integrated children's centre, which offers 4 kindergarten rooms as well as maternal child health and allied health services. The kindergarten provides an additional 132 kindergarten places to the community and helps local children access 2 years of high-quality funded kindergarten.

It is next to Kurmile Primary School.

Funding

In Round 1 of the 2021–22 Building Blocks Grants Capacity Building stream, the children's centre received $4,000,000.
