About the project
We’re building a new primary school in Clyde North. It will open day one of Term 1 in 2025 and help the growing local population get great education close to home.
The school will open for enrolments for students in Prep to Grade 6. It will be able to enrol up to 900 students when the school is complete. You can find out if you're in the school enrolment zone by entering your address at findmyschool.vic.gov.au.
For enrolment enquiries, please email clyde.north.ps@education.vic.gov.au.
Your new school’s name
We have been using Clyde North Primary School as an interim name while the school was being planned, designed, and built. We recently consulted with the public on a new name for this new school.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the public consultation and provided us with their naming preferences.
The Department of Education will use these preferences to inform the decision on this new school’s name. The Minister for Education will announce the new name in the coming weeks. We will share this new name once it is announced.
Principal appointment
Kristy Miller has been appointed principal of Clyde North Primary School (interim name). She is excited to establish a supportive learning environment. Kristy has over 15 years of education experience, including leadership roles. She's committed to student development and fostering a supportive workplace.
