About the project
We upgraded this school in two stages. Traditional classroom spaces have been transformed into flexible learning spaces to support diverse student needs.
Stage one
This stage is now complete, and included:
- extending the library to create a senior centre
- creating a junior learning studio with classroom spaces
- upgrading specialist facilities including art and music areas.
Stage two
This stage is now complete, and included:
- refurbishing a building to increase natural light and ventilation
- undertaking minor landscaping works.
Funding
In the 2015–16 State Budget, $3.22 million was allocated to the school.
