We're building a learning hub. This will give students more modern learning spaces and create places for 300 more local students.

In the 2025–26 State Budget, this school received $0.745 million to begin planning. In the 2026–27 State Budget, it was announced the total funding for the project was $19.478 million.

About the project
We upgraded and modernised facilities. This entailed building a new science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) centre and Material Technology buildings.
Funding
In the 2015–16 State Budget, $5 million was allocated to the school. In the 2016–17 State Budget, $3 million was allocated to the school.
