At the top left of the plan there is a new performing arts centre. It is at the corner of Vivien Street and Margaretta Street.

There are two buildings that have been relocated including toilets and a relocatable building. The relocatable is next to the performing arts centre and the toilets are next to block A.

A large area labelled 'new landscaping and play space' is marked up between the administration building and the performing arts centre.
