About the project

We’re building a new kindergarten for children and families in Merri-bek. It will be part of the Brunswick Early Years Hub.

The new building will be able to offer kinder to up to 88 children at a time. It may be able to enrol more local kids by spreading sessions throughout the week.

Funding

This project received $4.7 million as part of the Building Blocks Partnership between the State Government and Merri-Bek City Council. The Victorian Government has provided $16.37 million to support 12 projects that will create up to 509 new kindergarten places in the local government area.
