About the project
Heathcote Community Childrens Services Association built the children's hub.
The hub is a long day care and early learning centre built to service a community that previously had no local access to occasional or long day care.
The project links with the local kindergarten, playgroup, primary schools and a raft of family health and wellbeing services. It has enhanced access to an important range of services and works to redress community disadvantage.
Funding
As part of the 2017–18 Children's Facilities Capital Program $650,000 was allocated to the project.
