About the project

We're helping Chairo Christian School build a new kindergarten. It will replace the existing 1-room facility.

The new centre will have 3 kindergarten rooms, 3 consulting rooms, meeting spaces and an outdoor play area. This will make it easier for families to access early childhood services.

The centre will be able to offer kinder to up to 99 children at a time. It may be able to enrol more kids by spreading sessions throughout the week.

Funding

In Round 3 of the 2025 Building Blocks Capacity Grants, $4.666 million was allocated to the project.
