About the project

We will demolish the existing kindergarten. This will make way for a new 2-room kindergarten with 2 maternal and child health consulting suites. The service will be able to offer kinder to 55 children at a time. It may be able to enrol more local kids by spreading classes throughout the week.

Funding

This project received up to $4.88 million as part of the Building Blocks Partnership between the Victorian Government and Moonee Valley City Council. The Victorian Government has provided up to $20.74 million to support 5 projects that will create up to 523 additional approved kindergarten places in the local government area.
