About the project
We are renewing the kindergarten to improve functionality and create more places for local children.
We're upgrading the entry area, office space and children's amenities. This will allow the centre to offer an additional 33 funded kindergarten places to local 3 and 4-year-olds.
We are also improving the internal and external aesthetics to improve the centre's condition and make it more welcoming.
We’ll also upgrade signage, lighting and pedestrian pathways to improve overall safety and accessibility.

In Round 2 of the 2021 Early Childood Refurbishment and Minor Works grant, $500,000 was allocated to this project.
