About the project
We are upgrading the 2-storey Block A to give students and staff better learning and work spaces. The works will extend the building to include:
- a new library
- 2 new classrooms
- new administration building and staff areas
- a lift to improve accessibility for everyone.
As part of the works we will also refurbish the existing classrooms, upgrade the fire protection system and landscape around the building.
Funding
In the 2023–24 State Budget the school shared in $24 million allocated for planning. The 2025-26 State Budget announced total project funding of $11.7 million. This includes earlier planning funding.
