About the project

We are helping redevelop HE Kane Uniting Kindergarten into an early years centre.

The upgraded centre will have 3 rooms. It will be able to offer kinder to up to 99 children at a time, an increase of 39. The centre may be able to offer more places by spreading classes throughout the week.

It will also have 3 maternal and child health consulting rooms and a new parent group space.

Funding

This project received $3.1 million through the Building Blocks Partnership between the Victorian Government and Merri-bek City Council.
