About the project
We delivered a major two-stage rebuild of Highvale Secondary College. Stage 2 included upgrades and refurbishments to the science block, food technology and arts block, cafeteria, gym bathrooms and staff area. The courtyards were also landscaped.
Funding
In the 2016-17 State Budget, $5 million was allocated to the school. In the 2015–16 State Budget, $5.35 million was allocated to the school.

About the project
Stage One included numerous new facilities, such as an administration area at the school entrance, a senior school learning building, hardcourts and locker bays. Various parts of the school were also refurbished, including the junior and middle schools learning areas, and a carpark.

About the project
We are providing a replacement roof sheeting to the school's Block A and cafeteria. This work is supported by our Minor Capital Works Fund – a program for small building projects that make a big difference in our schools.
