About the project
We're helping upgrade outdoor spaces to make them more accessible.
The centre will add grass mounds with rope pulls and climbing ladders. They’ll also get an obstacle course with a log tunnel, swinging timber wall and balance logs. Additionally, we’re helping refurbish the deck and add sensory paths.
We're also helping create natural play zones. These include a fire pit zone with log seats and sandpit, a bike track, and a new bush tucker garden with low raised planters. The centre will get a shade sail over a new waterplay area with rock and a hand pump.
Funding
In the 2025–26 Building Blocks Inclusion Grant – Buildings and Playgrounds Stream, $181,656 was allocated to this project.
