About the project

This school benefited from Victoria’s largest ever single investment in upgrading specialist schools, with 39 sharing $388.8 million. With the funding we upgraded and modernised the school, including constructing additional permanent buildings.

We built 3 new double-storey learning neighbourhoods at the New Holland Drive and Corrigans Road campuses.

The New Holland Drive campus also received a new resource-intensive learning building. While at Corrigans Road, we also completed extra refurbishment and landscaping.

What’s cooking at Marnebek School?

As part of Marnebek School’s recent upgrade, students at both the New Holland Drive campus and the Corrigans Road campus have brand-new kitchens and café spaces. These spaces will support the school’s cooking and hospitality program. They’ll also support students to build and develop their skills in general.
