The interior of the school under is shown, under construction. The fundamental skeleton of each room is revealed, metal frames and insulation are visible.

The exterior of the first floor of the building is under construction. We can see the insulation being attached to the metal frame by workers on a scissor lift.

The screen now shows the same building at the next stage of its construction. The outside of the building has now been covered with a beige painted corrugated metal. When then see the same picture much closer giving a much clear view of the exact changes from December to January

The video pans across a photograph of the exterior of the buildings surrounding the basketball court and running track, as they are under construction. Hurricane fencing surrounds the metal frames and insulation that is being installed by the workers.

The same building is shown from a different angle, colour panels and cinder blocks have now been installed throughout much of the building metal frames and insulation are visible in some places but the amount that has changed on the exterior of the building is immense.
