About the project
We upgraded and modernised facilities, including:
- relocating portable classrooms
- demolishing student toilet blocks, two permanent classrooms, the canteen and the multipurpose/music building
- constructing a gymnasium with canteen facilities, and adjacent music and art buildings
- landscaping works.
Planning was funded from the 2016–17 State Budget, and investment from the 2018–19 State Budget allowed us to complete construction.
Funding
In the 2016–17 State Budget, the school shared in $12 million in planning funding.
The school has received an additional $6.4 million in the 2018–19 State Budget.
