About the project

We are helping Meruka Childcare Cooperative upgrade their outdoor play area.

They will add soft borders around sandpits and new soft-fall turf. They will also build a nature-based obstacle course and a yarning circle for storytelling.

The work will support the centre's Bush Adventures program.

In the 2026–27 Building Blocks Inclusion Grant – Buildings and Playgrounds Stream, this project received $128,190.
