About the project

We expanded Newport Gardens Early Years Centre in preparation for the roll-out of Free Kinder for 3-Year-Old children. This project will ensure that families and children in Hobsons Bay have access to high quality education and care programs as the demand for kindergarten places increase.

Funding

In Round 2 of the 2020–21 Building Blocks Capacity Grants, $600,000 was allocated to the project.
