About the project

We expanded Newport Gardens Early Years Centre in preparation for the roll-out of subsidised kindergarten for three-year-olds. This project will ensure that families and children in Hobsons Bay have access to high quality education and care programs as the demand for kindergarten places increase.

Funding

In Round 2 of the 2020–21 Building Blocks Capacity Grants $600,000 was allocated to the project.
