About the project

We are helping Next Sense build an integrated children's centre in Mount Waverley.

The centre will have 3 kindergarten rooms and be able to provide kindergarten to up to 60 children at a time. It may be able to offer more places by spreading sessions throughout the week.

The centre will also have spaces for early intervention and allied health programs. It will also have audiology and cochlear implant service rooms.

Funding

In Batch 2 of the 2026 Building Blocks Capacity Grants, $4.091 million was allocated to this project.
