About the project

We made Norlane West Kindergarten accessible to children of all abilities. We added ramps at the main entrance and from each playroom into the playground. We also modified the undercover area to remove steps and allow better access from the bathroom and playrooms. We added an accessible toilet to the bathroom, and widened the doorways to improve access.

Funding

In Round 1 of the 2021-22 Building Blocks Inclusion Grant, $200,000 was allocated to this project.
