About the project
We partnered with Melton City Council to build a new integrated children’s centre in Fraser Rise.
The new centre can offer kinder to 132 children at a time. It may be able to enrol more local kids by spreading classes throughout the week.
The centre also offers maternal and child health and family services and offers space for local community programs.
Funding
This project received $9 million as part of the Building Blocks Partnership between the Victorian Government and Melton City Council. The Victorian Government has provided up to $37.3 million to support 10 projects that will create up to 1,221 new kindergarten places in the local government area.
