About the project

We added 5 learning spaces, allowing the kinder to offer more places to local children. We’ve also added a large verandah for outdoor play and learning. Additionally, we installed a solar electric system.

The changes update the 100-year-old building, while keeping its heritage alive. The new spaces are more flexible to suit different learning styles. They will also be more accessible to meet the needs of children of all abilities.

In the 2023–24 Building Blocks Grants, $750,000 was allocated to this project.
