About the project

We are partnering with Cardinia Shire Council to build an early learning centre. It will have 4 kindergarten rooms and additional spaces for maternal and child health services, playgroups and community programs. This will allow the centre to offer 132 kinder places to local 3 and 4-year-olds.

This centre was previously known by the name of Thewlis Integrated Child and Family Centre.

Funding

In Round 1 of the 2023 Building Blocks Capacity Building Grants, $9,000,000 was allocated to this project.
