About the project

We are upgrading and modernising this school to give students better learning spaces.

This includes:

  • building a new technology and arts building
  • renovating the existing science building
  • converting the carpark between these 2 buildings into a courtyard, creating a STEAM precinct
  • converting a building near the oval into a fitness centre
  • creating a covered outdoor locker bay
  • upgrading the landscaping around the new building.

Funding

In the 2023–24 State Budget the school shared in $24 million allocated for planning.

In the 2024–25 State Budget, total project funding of $11.7 million was announced.
