About the project

We’re building an integrated children's centre in Woodstock. The centre will open in 2028.

It will provide space for 3- and 4-Year-Old Kinder and long day care for up to 130 children at a time.

The integrated centre will also include:

  • a consulting room for child and family services
  • a multi-purpose room for community meetings and playgroups
  • outdoor play areas
  • a carpark.

Enrolment

An approved kindergarten provider will be appointed. They will manage all enrolment and program enquiries.

Funding

This project is jointly funded by the Australian Government and the Victorian Government through the Building Early Education Fund 2026. The Victorian Government is contributing $107 million towards 11 projects, and the Australian Government will invest $63 million.
