About the project

We are building a kindergarten at Yarram Primary School. It will open in 2028 and will have at least one kindergarten room.

Having the school and kindergarten together will help some families with drop-off and pick-up. It may also help some children make a smoother transition into primary school.

Enrolment

Uniting (Victoria & Tasmania) was appointed to run this kindergarten. They will manage all enrolment and program enquiries via this website.

Funding

In the 2023–24 State Budget, this project shared in $1.3 billion allocated to build around 100 new kindergartens to support the Best Start, Best Life reforms.
